Which languages are supported?

English, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Italian, Chinese, and Arabic — with right-to-left layout for Arabic. Each user picks their own language; data stays synchronised across the hub.

How does the AI import work?

Our Guided Extraction Wizard, powered by Groq Llama-3.3-70b, parses Excel, DOCX, and PDF files — including Navision-structured logistics sheets — and maps rows to sites, machines, contacts, and assignments automatically.

Does OnePigeon handle ADR regulations?

Yes. Our VRP optimiser uses Mapbox Directions and Matrix APIs with ADR tunnel restrictions built in, so drivers transporting diesel are routed around prohibited tunnels automatically.

Is OnePigeon offline-capable?

Yes. The driver PWA uses a service worker plus IndexedDB to cache sites, machines, and driver state. Deliveries logged offline are queued and replayed the moment the driver comes back online.
